Review of the Lloyds Bank, Business Banking:

Nightmare - would give zero

Business been with Lloyds for years. Cannot get face to face meeting to discuss important issues and large sums of money. This is "Not an Option" any more as they have Relationship Teams that are telephone based. Most of local branches have closed and no longer one Manager per branch they float around between branches and you cannot even speak to them direct over the phone.
