Really great customer service

I think Halifax deserves this as whenever I have a problem, the customer service advisors are always so friendly and helpful. Whether it's on the phone or in the branch, there's always someone willing to help. They also gave me a lot of good advice about opening a new savings account, they weren't pushy about it either, just really helpful. Reviewed on: 15th November 2016
