When I first spoke to my debt plan I was at my wits end and felt like a failure, but when I was talking to my debt plan they were so understanding and helpful. And said that I had already took the first step by calling them. They talked me through everything as I had bailiffs knocking on my door and they helped me put an IVA in place so I'm so happy now.
