I hate communicating to a bot!

I wouldn't recommend car insurance from anyone to anyone although I would tell my friends about my experience - that being, generally the people I talk to are ok. However, trying to find telephone numbers, the number of my break down cover and everything in-between is poor. And once you do get through -= trying to get to a human is exasperating.
