Flexible for self builds

Originally we were a little confused about the stage payment process and how this would fit in with a payment schedule with a builder. However, after a couple of discussions we were able to arrange a more flexible approach, which should really simplify the process. The kind of flexibility that smaller organisations can offer, good communications and great customer service. Well done! Reviewed on: 6th November 2018
