Disappointing mobile and online banking

Banks are banks, they do what they do, so the point of interaction with the customer makes all the difference. Unfortunately, first direct's mobile and online banking services are clumsy and outdated. Compared to banking apps I have used in the past, the functionality is limited and processes, especially around security, are not as user-friendly as they could be. I am considering switching. I have experienced great customer service with First Direct, but their mobile banking app is a long way behind others I have used in both functionality and design. Reviewed on: 8th November 2018
