With standardised user interfaces across the Lloyds Banking Group it is easy to keep apace with the ever persistent fintech product changes for example with the move from Avios to Cashback. Furthermore this is backed up with real user support from well briefed staff both on the phone and at the local stores that get full marks for continuing to function during the lockdown. Current account and regular saver accounts are churning the market like a washing machine in full spin but First Direct just keep a steady effortless course for the mainstream customer in spite of all this news grabbing turmoil about challenger banks and peer to peer lending that can leave you feeling exhausted.
