Customer services is ok .

Customer services is ok . Can improve on direct debit set up eg. i lost my direct debit but it was replaced . i thought the monthly instalment will go out automatically because i have already set up a plan but it did not. I phoned customer services to reset this giving details of my new card for dd payments . I also . It was used against me and marked as missed payment . I was also informed that i can apply for a top up loan a month before i complete payment or 48 hours after. When i enquired about this on chat , i was told i do not qualify for a loan /loan top up. i find this very disappointing as an ex- customer who kept to my payment plan without any issues Reviewed on: 3rd April 2026
