Positive.

Positive. Good range of savings products, reasonable returns and an excellent website which is intuitive and with well presented and organised information. One real benefit offered is the ability to instantly transfer notice accounts to other similar accounts with the same or greater notice period without penalty. Reviewed on: 6th March 2026

Sting in the Tail

Support for a savings account was generally good in respect of customer services and the website, which was well-formatted and User-friendly. The said account had a reasonable savings rate. However, the sting in the tail came with a dramatic rate reduction of 19.4% to well below the market average at a time when market rates were stable (mortgage rates even exposed to a moderate increase) and there was not even a BoE base rate reduction. Very inconvenient and disappointing and negates loyalty. Reviewed on: 28th May 2024
