Started off great, but went downhill.

Really started off well, but after almost 18 months with this bank I left. Customer service went down. They would promise new features that never materialize. They really startef acting like the traditional banks they're trying to challenge. Left my account open but can't see me going back. Their ethos just needs a refresh. Reviewed on: 10th November 2018

Their app is so useful for budgeting, you can really see when you're spending too much. Setting money aside in pots is so useful. Saved money without trying with roundups.. Customer service is the best.. and I also bank with First Direct Reviewed on: 10th November 2018
