An example of how banking should be done

Starling seem to be so cutting edge in what is a market where traditional high street banks are closing yet not investing in the technology. The time and effort they have put into developing a first class app is evident through the quality design and build, and great features. Instant payment notifications are so useful and being able to pay a nearby contact on Starling is very helpful. Customer service has always been quick and polite whether it’s over phone, messaging or live chat. Long live Starling Bank to put the traditional and stuffy high street banks to shame!
