The worst experience with customer services as I spend more than one hour being passed to 3 different people. They couldn't explain logically the reason of doubling the price of own policy when you add another car on different policy (as by now I paid £500 per year and for my next year it will be £500 for 6 months just for one car)...no logic...no sense at all. Really disappointed by people hired at their customer services! Reviewed on: 17th November 2016
