EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE ABOVE AND BEYOND! I cannot praise Zuto highly enough! After being sold a vehicle with serious faults and receiving appalling after-sales service from the supplying dealership, Zuto stepped in and did what the dealer failed to do — they took responsibility for helping me and paid the entire £2,600 repair bill! Their professionalism, integrity and genuine dedication to customer satisfaction have been nothing short of outstanding. A very special and heartfelt thank you to Lee Barlow and everyone in Zuto's Customer Care Team. You didn't just resolve a very stressful situation — you restored my faith in humanity! Your kindness, determination and willingness to go above and beyond prove that exceptional customer service still exists.
