ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS SUPPORT.

Absolutely atrocious customer care and support. I (like many other customers of theirs) have been struggling recently (had 3 jobs, but due to the current economic climate one of my employers ceased trading with virtually no warning — but I have still been making payments to this “company”, and kept them informed at all times. Fast-Forward to yesterday (7/7/2025) when I received a message AND an email saying “because you are struggling, and in (what we like to call) persistent debt) we think you should pay £55.00 IMMEDIATELY….and then ANOTHER £168.00 in a couple of weeks by the end of the month !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ARE THESE PEOPLE SERIOUSLY TRYING TO MAKE OTHER PEOPLE SUICIDAL ?????? Fortunately I am strong enough to shrug off their moronic emails & messages, BUT there are many, many, more people who could be pushed to breaking point by such messages and do themselves personal damage or harm. Personally, customer support ZERO. customer understanding ZERO. well thought out-out and helpful emails ZERO. Absolutely garbage company. Reviewed on: 8th July 2025
