Polite people, but they can't fix things that don't work

From as soon as I started trading my business bank has not accepted incoming payments. I now have over £4,000 sitting with clients waiting to be paid into my account, but it just bounces. When I make a test payment from my personal account, that doesn't work either, so it's not my clients' fault. Every time I ring up (four so far) people apologise nicely, and say that the technical team are looking into it and will ring me back. They don't. This has been going on for over a month. Don't touch this bank. They are wasting loads of their and your time and money apologising on the phone instead of fixing whatever is wrong. Reviewed on: 21st November 2016
