Easy application upon applying, the app is easy to use and understand. Customer service is excellent. I’ve never had an issue or problem whilst I’ve been a customer. It’s also so easy to make repayments if you don’t have a direct debit set up. I didn’t have to wait long to have my credit limit increases either whilst with other cards you could be waiting years!
