Good service and easy to use

Happy with the service, but do find that some of the marketing doesn’t really target my true credit score, but do find that some of the offers are very good and then make it very easy to apply. Very happy with the service and will retain it as it stands. Reviewed on: 9th June 2026

I feel very much in control of my credit card with Jaja, I understand all the T&Cs, what my limits are and what extras are available to me too. I find the app very user friendly and feel like I can navigate around it easily and find the information I need easily. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026

Bamboo were very easy to sort a loan with. They provided good pre contract information and discussed my circumstances and requirements before then ultimately offering me a loan. I am very happy from the start of signing up to the level of cover that this affords. The peace of mind it gives allows me to not stress at all about golf, my golf clubs, my health or fellow golfers health (in case of wild shots). Not needed to claim as yet, but all communication is very clear and effective. Reviewed on: 7th October 2024
