Quick and easy to change to them

I decided to swap to Santander as my old bank wasn't work with me. Made an appointment went to see them, quick and easy to fill paperwork out with and I was worried about all my direct debits but they wrote them down signed the paperwork and within 2 day my information was coming through with new account numbers and dates of change over. All dates were met with all direct debits in the right place at the right time - quick and easy to use so highly recommend Reviewed on: 28th March 2016

Helpful when you moan

I wanted to take my breakdown cover off when I renewed so rang them up. The lady I spoke took it off then told me my new renewal cost which I presumed would be lower but actually it went up by £10 a month so I queried this, she told me it was a real time price. I said I might as well keep it on but told me she had take off so couldn't put back on. I said this was silly and wasn't going to renew she quickly spoke to someone higher and got me the cheaper price - so my advice is question everything Reviewed on: 28th March 2016

Decided to change to Santander from NatWest - used there switching service which was effortless and no hassle to me. My husband wages go in and my direct debits are set up so I know I receive my cashback and after taking fee up I make £8 a month near enough which is brilliant for doing nothing Reviewed on: 9th August 2015

I had decided that at 31 I needed home insurance so had a look on moneysupermarket to compare prices - I only needed contents insurance but had to pay monthly. Found other quotes cheaper but with unknown companies and I am a bit warier with them. More than came very close though so came off the comparison site and checked topcashback and I was going to get good cashback so went to more than via them. Quickly put my details in came up with same price so signed up for direct debit monthly payment with no payment needed yet even better. After signing up received email to confirm and all documents came thorugh post within a few days. Had no problems with dd -took amounts when they said with amounts Reviewed on: 9th August 2015

Good communication and customer service

I was not happy with my old bank so decided to change. Had a good look around and found this account pay £1000 and set direct debits up to earn cash back with a £2 fee. Did all my calculations yes it was worth it. Made an appointment over the phone at my local branch and was told exactly what id I needed which was great. Went for the appointment wen through the account with me explained my old account would be closed with all dd swapped over. Fabulous no work for me apart from a couple of signatures. A few day later arrived letters confirming new account details with swapping day and it happened as they said with no hiccups. Earning a good amount of cash back each month and no problems Reviewed on: 23rd April 2015
