The Gold Standard for the new era of Digital Banking

I have been a Revolut customer for several years, using the platform as my primary bank account. My experience across their various service pillars has been consistently top tier! Application & Technology: The UX is industry-leading. The app is fast, intuitive, and handles complex multi-currency transactions and real-time data updates with zero friction. The underlying technology is clearly built for speed. Subscription Tiers: The tiered structure offers genuine utility. I was a metal tier user for years and it was incredible. Whether it is the insurance products, airport lounge access, or reduced trading fees, the value proposition of the higher tiers scales logically with the cost. Also, I quite like the cards you are given. Security: Their approach to compliance and security is robust. Features like disposable virtual cards and immediate transaction flagging provide a level of oversight that traditional banking often lacks. These disposable cards have saved me from charges that I wasn't expecting. Customer Support: The support team is responsive and effective although being a digital bank, I've almost never had to contact them except once I think. The fact that I don't need to be constantly in touch with a bank support is massive for me. Traditional banks are tiring. Reviewed on: 30th March 2026

Revolut is very useful and practical!

Revolut is very easy to use, and the customer service is excellent. The possibility to have different currencies accounts and spend in local currency whenever I travel, adding to the fact that I can easily transfer money to other accounts, cards or mobile money applications make Revolut very practical and useful.
