Very helpful keeping track of accounts an bills in one place. I switched to Vodafone through them and received a voucher for amazon. Excellent customer service when you need their help. Over all a really good app and customer service team. I've been using snoop for about a year now. I tried Emma but snoop are so much better and cheaper so I switched completely and now only use snoop! Reviewed on: 19th February 2024

Have been using the app for a while and it has good information and prompts. However when I was meant to claim their voucher through a qualifying purchase it took a long time for customer service to resolve. Also the charge for app version is too expensive and I cannot see much benefit of the paid version when there is similar information available for free elsewhere. Reviewed on: 18th February 2024
