Credit card shock revealed by Snoop

5
Snoop has helped me to understand my finances and reveals areas for improvement. I was shocked to see an email the had sent me that revealed my monthly interest on credit cards was over £500! I had never looked at my finance in that manner. Thank you Snoop as this has helped me to understand the true cost of my credit cards :-( Reviewed on: 25th January 2024

Snoop is a must app.

Snoop has been a great great app. And the customer service is out of this world. World class wouldn’t do it justice. Able to effectively track all accounts, loans. Only limitation is not a Snoop limitation but rather the fact that certain banks don’t operate on Open Banking. The paid version is ABSOLUTELY worth it. Reviewed on: 25th January 2024

I always have to chase rewards from snoop with evidence. I have not received £100 after signing up for broadband. Every single reward had to be chased via email with delays. Reviewed on: 24th January 2024
Reply from Snoop Hi there, we're so sorry that's been the case. I'm sure you've been in touch with our team as you mention you've had to chase but if we can support any further with getting vouchers to you, of course drop us a line at [email protected]. The £100 broadband voucher you mention will be a provider offer (for example Virgin/Vodafone) and they often take up to 120 days to pay out - there's nothing we can do to expedite that but if you're finding undue delays we definitely want to hear about them as it's the last thing we want for our customers. Glorified cash statement with ads.

Basically just saves you logging into your bank account. When it comes to doing something useful like downloadind a csv to properly workout your finances, you can't. Just a funky looking cash flow statement at the end of the day and not much else. Better off going to your actual bank accounts and getting a download in my opinion. Reviewed on: 24th January 2024
Reply from Snoop Hi, sorry to see you're not finding Snoop useful. In the next couple of weeks we'll be adding the 'export transactions' feature to the app. It will be part of our subscription product but there is a 7 day free trial where you could give it a go. More features and releases are also coming soon - if you're on iOS a new bills experience will be in the app later this week (Android was released last week).
