'How to improve the app' almost impossible!

My experience with support staff has been excellent. The app is user friendly and easily navigable, even for the less tech savvy among us (like myself). There's great incentives for introducing family and friends to try the app. Notifications are useful, informative and are always recieved in a timely manner. Snoop is the very best app I've used to show me where my money goes each month and is so helpful in helping me budget. A great feature is getting notified when a regular payment amount changes up or down. It keeps you in control of subscriptions where the provider tries to increase a subscription without obvious forewarning. I can't praise Snoop enough for how much positive influence it's had on my budgeting and the way I manage my money. It's hard to believe that for individuals with basic budgeting experience, even the free version allows enough usability to almost make you feel like an accountant. Reviewed on: 27th February 2025
