You never know how good a company is, until you have to make a claim. My son has used Sports Cover Direct for several years, for top-up insurance for skiing, on top of his regular travel policy. This year he finally had to claim. Not only have they not settled the hospital invoice, seven months later, despite authorising his treatment at the time prior to treatment, but we cannot even get them to reply. Fees and interest are now being added, and my son is being pursued by a depth collection agency. This company is nothing but a scam. DO NOT TRUST THIS Company! Reviewed on: 17th November 2023
