This is because when im expecting money to go in it takes alot long foe example i play online casinos and when i was withdrawering money friom the casino it would go in stright away but now i have to wait at least 24 hours. also when the bankl changed over i was getting charged uo to £4.99 each time i madev a atm withdrawel then i recivbed a message saying there will not be any charge for makuing a atm withdrawel but that did not last look everytime i make a atm withdrawel im getting charge at least £2 everytime. also if i need to talk to customer service on the phone i never seem to get through because i have to wait at least 4 hours to talk to anyone.
