WISE operate on unethical business practises.

WISE operate on unethical business practises. When i convert money to yen it was not prompt to me as a warning that the min. transfer... WISE operate on unethical business practises. When i convert money to yen it was not prompt to me as a warning that the min. transfer for Yen using Swift is 1million yen. This was only made known after conversion. When I ask customer service for a solution they just say to convert back to the original currency. When i ask so i inccur twice currency conversion fee and they decide to ignore me saying. Saying that's the solution offered. Such a dubious practise from a company that promotes transparency. Read more Read less

    Excellent for both personal & business

    I've had both a business and personal multi currency accounts with Wise since 2019 and it's been extremely helpful especially with an international family and international family
