The only company I found who would cover me for my condition . I have a meningioma ( a benign brain tumour ). I was giving up hope of managing to travel again. I have not had to use their services yet , thankfully. Reviewed on: 6th September 2023

I needed to amend my policy. I telephoned as I could not find the correct procedure on line. The person I spoke to was extremely helpful, sorted it all out for me and there was no increase in my payment. Reviewed on: 6th September 2023

Easiest travel insurance

After not even getting past other comparison sites first questions due to my partner awaiting knee replacement surgery it was truly refreshing to not only get past the first questions but to then be accepted easily for travel insurance. The whole experience was straightforward, stress free and relatively inexpensive. I have since recommended yourselves to my mother in law as she is 86 with pre-existing health conditions. I am so pleased that this popped up whilst searching on the internet as I was becoming quite concerned that we weren’t going to be able to get travel insurance. Once I’d purchased the policy all documentation was sent through quickly and again clear to understand. All in all a great find. Luckily we didn’t need to use the insurance but I’d definitely purchase insurance when we next travel. Reviewed on: 6th September 2023
