service not so good this time

I have used this service before without any problem, however on the current occasion I was unable to print off my insurance document due to a technical problem ,when I contacted the admin department I was underwhelmed with the response to my enquiry and with the lack of apology for it. The explanation which I was given was rushed and incomprehensible and I finally decided to have my insurance documents sent to me by post , these arrived about a week later, some training required for customer services may be required.
