Like most reviews I too had money taken from my account have never used the service I'm disputing the payment not sure if too go through the fraud department as I can't prove anything but my apparent refund was paid to an old card but the payment was apparently used with my new card and no refund as went into my account. I will say this. SCAMMERS. I don't have an ACCOUNT with you, I don't have any subscription and you took money from my account again even though I wrote the same email as RIGHT NOW! So once again I am ASKING FOR MY £60 BACK and attaching my transfer details below. I will also add that I will report your online site as fraudsters and I will give 1 star wherever I can and deleting it will not help you. Please send confirmation of the return of my monies immediately! Reviewed on: 6th January 2024

I had been turned down for some credit which surprised me. I looked at this website and stupidly gave my card number they took £1.50 a week later which I did not notice and then £36. I was not notified that this payment was going to be made as I was unaware that I had signed up for anything. Reviewed on: 5th September 2022

I don't understand how this company continues to operate? WTF UK????? Why hasn't the FCA shut them down??? they trick you into signing up to £35.95 /month fee and then impossible to cancel your subscription. Usually people are checking credit ratings because they have been victims of identity theft and are already vulnerable. This disgusting sham preys on vulnerable people. Reviewed on: 21st August 2022

they do not reply to emails, they do not bother to check emails. I cancelled my subscription and they were still charging my £24. Do not use them!!! Reviewed on: 13th June 2022
