Always in the know

I am always kept up to date with changes to my plan. They make it simple to understand why they’ve made changes and why my plan may be doing better or worse than expected. Industry leading & Accessible

I joined Wealthify’s ethical plan coming up to 5 years ago, when there didn’t seem to be much else around. They’ve been consistent, informative and reliable since, and I like being kept updated on the state of the market and of my accounts - Wealthify have always done that well, even if the updates aren’t wholly positive (due to market downturns, and natural peaks and troughs) - the updates are direct but thoughtful, easy to understand and this is compounded by the accessibility of the app too. Ethical responsibility

Wealthify take ethical investing seriously which I like. They were very quick to diversify away from Russian investments to other alternatives. This is not the first time they have tweaked plans to make sure customers have peace of mind that investments are working but are also ethical. Brilliant work. Reviewed on: 26th March 2022

Awful switch experience

I was lurred into Wealthify because of zero fees. After that was over I opted to switch to a different provider before I started being charged fees. I started the process at the beginning of January and it is still ongoing now at the end of March. I have had to constantly chase to find out what is happening and it is extremely frustrating. Great bank, very easy and communicative

Really easy and hassle free to set up my account, decent returns, and when there was a hit recently for obvious reasons, they were really communicative about it and how they were tackling it. Would definitely recommend Wealthify Reviewed on: 26th March 2022
