Super easy to use, overall an excellent platform

My experience of Wealthify has so far been excellent. I find the platform and app super user friendly and my small investment is already delivering returns. Reviewed on: 16th January 2020

Wealthify experience

Extremely well explained with friendly online help, took the mystery out of my choice of investment isa, with a few questions my type and level of investment was quickly made. Being new to investing I am more than pleased with rapid customer service and their attention to detail, the performance of my plan has left a large grin on my face. Reviewed on: 16th January 2020

Decent

Good for first time investor. Having taken a first tentative step into the world of Investment banking in 2 years, I have so far seen an 15% profit on our initial investment are now hooked! The app is clear and precise, the information and communications are constant and in-depth without being daunting or over-bearing and the team that we have interacted with via the Customer portal and also Twitter have all been professional and courteous as well as able to navigate our queries with expert advice. Great customer service

Great customer service from everyone I have had to speak to. Clear communication with customers and always easy to contact someone if needed. I know exactly where my money is invested, why investing could be beneficial to me and why any changes occur. I feel confident that the team keep up to date with changes in the markets. Simple, Slick and Satisfying

Wealify has to be the most simple and easy to understand process that I have ever used. Quick process to analyse my personal situation and set up with my deposit. Brilliant App & Service

Wealthify’s app is a dream to use - simple but with all the info and options at your disposal. Third customer service is second to none and have always responded quickly and personally.
