I’ve found J.P. Morgan Personal Investing (formerly Nutmeg) easy to use, especially for long-term investing through a Stocks and Shares ISA. The app and website are straightforward, and it’s simple to track performance and manage contributions. I like the professionally managed portfolios and the fact that everything is handled automatically, which makes investing less stressful for beginners or busy people. The platform offers different risk levels and diversified portfolios, so it feels suitable for long-term investing goals. Fees are transparent, although they can be higher compared to some DIY investment platforms, particularly for larger portfolios. Customer service has generally been responsive, but experiences seem mixed based on online reviews. Really user friendly experience.

Really user friendly experience. You can access and view your investment portfolio from your chase banking app (if you bank with chase). They also have a useful set up portfolio where you can enter your risk level etc - great for novices in investment! Reviewed on: 24th February 2026
