Very user friendly and not ran by bots

Easy to set up online, immediate e mail responses by humans, not robots. Investments doing well. Never had any issues with money reaching them either. Lovely clear app, messages to e mails and into app both. Reviewed on: 11th March 2024

Easy set up and regular updates.

In place is a savings account with monthly contributions. The account was easy to set up and not had any issues with the regular monthly contributions being processed and credited to the account. No interaction with Customer Services to date. Regular updates on the credits and the account has gone down as well as up - as can be expected! Reviewed on: 11th March 2024
