Investment only goes down

Invested a few years ago to benefit from a £40 cash back offer - and have been stuck with a £45-50 for over a year. Can't even withdraw the money to break even. And each time the value starts creeping up they re-view my portfolio, and it immediately drops even further. Maybe if you are planning to invest for 10-50 years then you'll see some returns, but while I made modest profits with other companies over the past two years, Wealthify's products seem to only lose money. Excellent GIA newcomer

Learned about Wealthify via MSE and have been impressed with the detail and usability provided by the app. The icing on the cake is that my (fairly small) starter investment in a low-ish risk fund has outperformed any index you can find, and purely on that basis I will be putting investing more of my savings into Wealthify.
