Easy to use

Easy to set up account and use, user interface friendly, good for beginners, perhaps could be slightly lower costs associated with using. Have not had issues yet so limited experience with customer service. Reviewed on: 14th March 2024

Simple, effective service and great customer service.

I've had a fair few dealings with customer service (not for issues, just queries and changes etc) and they have all been resolved speedily, satisfactorily and politely, which is pretty much all you can ask for. I've also found the app very easy to use, and it's great to see improvements that keep coming in. Reviewed on: 14th March 2024
