Fees are reasonable.

Fees are reasonable. Platform is generally intuitive and easy to use. Have had no real issues with customer service. Some good features - e.g. ability to park some investments as cash without running afoul of ISA rules - are very welcome. Reviewed on: 3rd March 2026

Great regular comms, website is easy to use

I receive regular communication on how my ISA is doing and any management changes. The website is easy to log on, the home page is really clear. You can also look back on a chart at how it has been performing, which you can't on other sites. Reviewed on: 3rd March 2026
