I have had one small problem in the whole time I have been with WiseAlpha. Contacted customer service in the evening and had it sorted straight away. I also received an email a few days later checking everything was still OK. Customer service isn't just getting things right the first time. It's about making sure when something does go wrong, its handled right. WiseAlpha knows this and lives this. Reviewed on: 20th January 2018
