Hassle free service

Although I have never had to make a claim, fortunately. We have used World First a number of times. I find the premiums reasonable considering having a couple of medical conditions. The process of taking out the policy is hassle-free and can all be done online. Reviewed on: 13th August 2018

Excellent service

World FirstTravel was able to tailor the travel insurance to our needs. We travel in our motorhome for trips of up to four months, and visit different countries on the way. World First fitted the insurance to suit us, rather than many other companies who wanted us to fit their policies. The policy was easy to set up, it was a great price, and their advisors were extremely helpful. The big question though is how would they handle a claim? Unfortunately we both both had to make a claim under the policy for emergency dental work. World First were easy to contact from abroad, were reassuring and gave good advice, and on our return home our claim was paid out in full. Excellent company, we will be using they again and recommending them to friends and family. Reviewed on: 13th August 2018

Great online and outstanding dealing with the issues

So I had booked the cover online six months ahead of our holiday of a lifetime and all our issues were covered online - result. But then medical issue came up for me after a few minutes on the phone all sorted. Us being old something then cropped up for her indoors and back on the phone - again simple questions asked by friendly local staff that were easily answered and the policy was reissued for the third time without any hassle. Having heard of a friend who has had a nightmare with travel insurance arranged through a broker I will return to World First Travel for the rest of my spending the kids inheritance. Wonderful helpful firm

Discovered world first when having difficulty obtaining travel insurance for my husband, because of his health issues - mostly past problems which have now been resolved. They are a wonderful firm, with understanding helpful staff who will go out of their way to find cover in the most difficult circumstances, at a very reasonable price. Reviewed on: 13th August 2018
