Great company, very easy & straightforward to book with.

My holiday was cancelled in May but I was able to rebook for October. There was no problem at all, 1 e-mail & it was all sorted out, & I may say I didn't have to pay any extra money which was brilliant. Reviewed on: 26th August 2020

Best insurer by far

Took out travel insurance for my cruise holiday, unfortunately I had to make a claim due to illness on board, which turned out to be rather expensive, when I got home I sent in my claim, And every penny was paid back into my account within a month. Superb cover and service

Awful company ...

Really unhelpful company who, in my opinion, hid behind Covid 19 and FOC Office advice and refused to pay out a claim. This was despite the annual policy being taken out months before Covid 19 was even thought of. Other companies have covered claims in exactly the same situation. Very poor.
