Supports new small businesses

Zempler have been a life saver. As a small business starting out, we had a very small commercial footprint, and as a 'library of things', we did not fit neatly into any specific category. This alone meant that most banks rejected us, when all we needed was a basic account. Zempler accepted us quickly, and have provided exactly what we needed. We find their app easy to use and secure, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a small business account. Reviewed on: 13th April 2026

Simple and Convenient, but Lacking Depth

I’ve had a mixed experience with Zempler Bank so far. On the positive side, the account setup was quick and straightforward, and the mobile app is easy to use, which makes day-to-day banking convenient. It’s clearly designed with small businesses and freelancers in mind, and the basic features cover most essential needs like invoicing, payments, and tracking transactions. However, there are a few drawbacks worth mentioning. Customer support can be slow at times, especially when dealing with more complex issues, which can be frustrating if you need urgent assistance. Additionally, some features feel a bit limited compared to more established banks, particularly when it comes to integrations and advanced financial tools. Convenience with Zempler Bank
