Had a great experience, only little problem was we couldn’t set up a direct debit from a different account.. only standing order, so each month I get notified that a payment hasn’t been made?(it takes a few days to process) I always get a message from their team asking if everything’s ok and checking that we’re financially able to make payments and support is there if not! Other than the direct debit from another account issue, very happy Reviewed on: 15th April 2026
