Had a great experience, only little problem was we couldn’t set up a direct debit from a different account.. only standing order, so each month I get notified that a payment hasn’t been made?(it takes a few days to process) I always get a message from their team asking if everything’s ok and checking that we’re financially able to make payments and support is there if not!
