I'm registered disabled and I had my mobility scooter stolen and was my only form of transport. I didn't have enough money in my savings too buy new .until I applied to Oatlands and with in 20min I'd received the amount I needed too uy new scooter very happy ending Reviewed on: 15th April 2026

A 3rd class level of customer service

The 3rd class Loan company when it comes to customer service. Then the next is the settlement figure links shows a different amount and then a subsequent email from Oakbrook shows another repayment amount. Get your acts correct. Reviewed on: 15th April 2026
