Excellent company to deal with. Process straightforward. Decision speedy. Throughout the period of loan you are kept up to date on any information relevant to your loan. Communication - should you need to make contact at any time for any reason, customer service always available to assist. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Safe in their hands. I applied for a loan when I needed a new boiler, the application was so easy and the app is a great tracking tool. I get reminder texts before payment is taken and when I was able to borrow more, there was no pressure. I’d never borrowed money before and Oakbrook made it effortless. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2026
