I have used this credit union for well over 15years when it was formally Ayrshire Credit Union. I had always had great experience with this... I have used this credit union for well over 15years when it was formally Ayrshire Credit Union. I had always had great experience with this and even more so now that it is up with the hand can do things online rather than visiting in branch. Which I did enjoy doing but time seems to pass quicker and it’s so convenient being able to access services via the app. Even when contacting the branch and speaking with a representative they are always so friendly, helpful, professional, polite and patient. I use this union mainly for my Christmas fund and have for years when my wee Gran who has since passed away suggested I open one. She always used to save and because she had savings she could also use that to a wee loan to help with various things throughout the year and found them so helpful and great service. So she went with me to open account which I’ve had ever since. The transition from Ayrshire credit union to thistle hasn’t had any effect on service and what they provide.
