They have been very helpful, informative and where needed proactive. Helping me to keep aware and on top of my finances with them to prevent any surprises. Ive had loans before where things have slipped up either by mine or the providers fault, and I was a bit skeptical using abound at first but they've stayed consistent and communicated with me in good time.
