They outlined the course of action and told me what they were going to do and then went ahead and did exactly that All the pressure was taken off my back and I could focus on my income and get my payments back on track, Am happy to say that at this moment my Mortgage, council tax and utility bills are all paid up to date and arrears have been cleared. I started with back2credit over 5 years ago and my journey is nearly done over the years the staff have always been friendly and polite always explained everything as clear as possible any time I needed to make a change to my plan such as lower or raise the amount or even change the date it comes out the staff have always been 100%.
