The loan was paid into my bank on the same day. Customer service is exceptional. Emphatic staff are supportive and help solve problems without leaving the customer feeling as if they're at fault. Non-judgmrntal, approachable company who helped me when I needed it most. Repayment options are broad and any interest incurred is clearly stated upfront. Would definitely recommend to anyone who finds themselves a little stuck. Options to change repayment amount is always an option with well-informed staff on hand to guide, not bleed you dry.
