Absolute mess of a bank

Over selling, under delivering. Business is dysfunctional. Even in a room with their compliance and an account manager it’s clear they are not connected. They don’t align on their own risk appetite. Messing around with ligament businesses, who invest a lot of time for integrations. They’ve had a mass clear out, but heavy presence at events and social media pitching a different story. At times we couldn't event get hold of our account manager on the phone or email… mid project. Reviewed on: 14th April 2023

Can not recommend this bank at all there is not contact information anywhere! By mistake I made a wrong transaction to a banking circle client and my bank can help me get them Back if they can get in touch with banking circle in Denmark but they can’t! Because every contact info available on the internet is fake. Numbers and emails doesn’t exist ! Stay away from this fraudster bank! Reviewed on: 11th December 2022
