Disastrous experience

I decided to post this review here to share my experience with Banking Circle. I made a small investment with a cryptocurrency brokerage firm that relies on Banking Circle to disburse funds once the investment concludes. For over a month, Banking Circle (Customer Service) has been delaying the payment and demanding money to resolve issues allegedly caused by various "legal" requirements. I paid the amounts they requested three times, but it was never enough. Each time, a new problem would arise, requiring further payment ("action required"). I spoke with a lawyer specializing in banking disputes, who explained the following: 1 - A bank CANNOT demand money or cryptocurrency purchases to resolve administrative issues or matters related to legal regulations. 2 - If this happens, the bank will simply keep finding excuses to extract more money without ever paying what is owed. The lawyer also told me that this behavior—which amounts to FRAUD—is widespread because it is difficult to recover funds from foreign banks. Based on what I’ve learned, I have decided NOT to pay any more money and am considering legal action, with the lawyer's assistance, to recover my funds and report this conduct to the appropriate authorities. All in all, this has been a disastrous experience; fortunately, I only invested a small amount. A word of advice: if you plan to invest with a brokerage firm, ask and verify that Banking Circle is NOT involved; otherwise, getting your money back could turn into a nightmare. Contacted customer support THREE times about a fraud...

Absolute mess of a bank

Over selling, under delivering. Business is dysfunctional. Even in a room with their compliance and an account manager it’s clear they are not connected. They don’t align on their own risk appetite. Messing around with ligament businesses, who invest a lot of time for integrations. They’ve had a mass clear out, but heavy presence at events and social media pitching a different story. At times we couldn't event get hold of our account manager on the phone or email… mid project. Reviewed on: 14th April 2023

Can not recommend this bank at all there is not contact information anywhere! By mistake I made a wrong transaction to a banking circle client and my bank can help me get them Back if they can get in touch with banking circle in Denmark but they can’t! Because every contact info available on the internet is fake. Numbers and emails doesn’t exist ! Stay away from this fraudster bank! Reviewed on: 11th December 2022
