I have been a client of Bedford Insurance for several years and regardless of which agent I have been dealing with the service have been excellent and quick. Dreadful experience when simply changing from one car to another. Had to get FCA involved, but Bedord eventually agreed to a refund of extra they demanded. We have since changed to another insurer Reviewed on: 11th September 2017
