Staff have always been professional and efficient. When I received my renewal quote last year it was a lot more that previous years so I found a competitive quote from another respectable company, this quote was matched by Bedford Insurance which enabled me to remain with them. I have insured my work van through Bedford Insurance for 3 years. I have always had a very good experience when dealing with them on the phone and through email. Insurance company should be like Bedford insurance. If I feel my renewal quote higher then other competterors, then I email Bedford insurance about how I felt about my quote with in a day they'll be emailing me my new quote and I but it. They like a family, you tell them how you feel and they'll try to keep you in the family as long as they can. That's why I've i have been Bedford insurance customer for the last 5-6 years.
