Incredibly impressed with the no-nonsense and straight-forward approach and Paolo took the time to understand what we were looking for in our re-mortgage. Once we'd received a recommendation on the most suitable deal, we quickly got an AIP and a full offer followed through in a little over 24 hours... Kate has been superb in follow-up and the speed at which this has progressed has been incredible. Compared to every prior experience of this type, this has been superb.     Overall great experience it was quick from the application process to approval. I did have on going technical issues with my portal though which where... Overall great experience it was quick from the application process to approval. I did have on going technical issues with my portal though which where never resolved which meant I had to chase for email updates instead. The technical architecture for the account creation clear needs to be reviewed as I was chase by emails to go through the mortgage survey again which then created me another account (all linked to the same details) which meant I couldn’t access my updates but continued to get emails telling me to check my portal for updates. I raised this serval times and it was never resolved. Read more Read less
